Do you have an incorporated business, LLC or Corporation? You may need to fill out a Beneficial Ownership Information Report (B.O.I.R) by January 1st 2025! You can file this report through the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN). Failure to file can result in daily penalties up to $592 and/or criminal charges.
